Entwicklung der Kollektionen 

- first ideas and inspirations for a new collection get captured in hand sketches and moodboards, later technical sketches with exact measurements

- a color moodboard for the new season is made/colour swatches knitted to confirm the color

Processing the garment

- a proto is made and sent to Germany in order to get fitted and checked
- a first, 2nd or more samples are requested with improvements until the style finally is perfect
- the grading for all the sizes is made and and a size set sent for final confirmation to Germany

- then the knitting process starts: the whole collection is being produced on hand knitting looms

- after that the linking takes part where sleeves, plackets and necklines are mended to the body parts

- buttons and button holes are added

- a first quality check is done on a light table, mistakes are marked with a thread and improved
- the garment is now washed. This process is called finishing and very delicate as every single color needs a different finishing duration.

- sewing in labels, adding hang tags by hand - final quality check - folding and packing of the garments into plastic bags
