Lighter than cotton: Cashmere is lighter than organic cotton and comfortable to wear. As a result, the clothing is hardly noticeable and feels like a second skin.
Excellent heat retention: Cashmere retains heat up to six times better than conventional cotton without overheating, making it ideal for cold days.
Advantages in summer: Cashmere is temperature-regulating and therefore pleasantly cool to wear even in summer.
Easy care: Cashmere does not need to be washed frequently, it is often sufficient to air the garments in the fresh air until the odours have neutralized.
Longevity: With the right care, cashmere products are very durable and retain their shape and softness for many years. You can find out how to care for your favorite pieces properly here.
Contrary to many myths, machine washing is often the better choice. Use the wool wash cycle at a maximum of 30 °C and a low spin speed of 400 rpm. Be sure to use a mild, liquid wool or special cashmere detergent (such as our Cashmere Care Shampoo) to preserve the natural protective layers of the fibers.
Newborns in particular lose a lot of heat through their heads. A lightweight cashmere hat provides optimum protection without weighing them down. Triangular scarves are great companions from the first tooth (drool alert! 🦷) or as stylish wind protection.
Babies often slip off their socks because they feel constricted or irritated. At the same time, they use their feet to feel and discover their environment. Without socks, they perceive stimuli more intensively, train the coordination between their feet and mouth and strengthen their motor skills. Taking off their socks is therefore no coincidence, but a natural and development-promoting impulse.
A loop scarf is perfect for active children (from approx. 1-2 years), as it won't get lost while playing and has no loose ends for the little ones to get caught on.
Cashmere keeps little baby feet particularly warm without irritating sensitive skin. Our socks are so stretchy that they fit well but do not restrict the toes' freedom of movement.
As soon as the temperature drops, delicate little hands need to be protected. Our mittens with a practical connecting strap are ideal so that no glove gets lost when out and about in the baby carriage.
Our cashmere mittens are not only ideal protection against the cold outdoors, but also serve as gentle scratch protection in the early days after birth. As newborns' fingernails are often already very sharp but should not be cut yet, the soft mittens prevent your baby from accidentally scratching their face.
