The fluffy ANOUK baby blanket made from 100% pure cashmere is part of our Natural Edition, in which we only use natural cashmere yarns that are untreated and completely free from dyes.
The natural hair color of cashmere goats is white, light grey and brown. By selecting and combining the different hair colors, we create the allNATURAL yarn colors, which we use in the colors white, beige and coffee.
The 2-ply purl knit with its light and fluffy structure (7 gauge) gives the ANOUK baby blanket a beautifully simple look and feels wonderfully soft on baby's delicate skin. The square baby blanket is finished with a 1x1 rib at the edges.
The baby blanket completes the ANOUK baby line, consisting of the first baby hat and the ANOUK ensemble (sweater + trousers available in sizes from 3 to 18 months), and is a popular birth gift and a wonderful basic cuddly item for the first few years of life.

"Cashmere for kids" is not a contradiction at PAPA LOBSTER, but a promise. Designed by two mothers, our products have been tried and tested on the playground, at the beach, when baking, painting and crafting and have been rated as particularly hard-wearing and easy-care: Dirt and liquids often simply roll off. And if you can't avoid washing it, simply put your PAPA LOBSTER knitwear in the washing machine (wool wash cycle + liquid wool detergent).
How to care for PAPA LOBSTER cashmere
Cashmere regenerates after every wash and retains its original shape thanks to the elastic recovery of the fibers. In addition, cashmere only forms its typical fluff when it is worn and washed, giving it its fluffy, cuddly soft character. So don't be afraid of regular washing, which makes our cashmere items more beautiful and cozier. PAPA LOBSTER recommends the following care instructions so that you and your children can enjoy your purchase for a long time:
Machine wash
Our PAPA LOBSTER products are 100% suitable for everyday use as they are absolutely easy to care for. Simply wash our cashmere cold or up to 30 degrees in the household washing machine at 400 rpm on the wool cycle with liquid wool detergent.
Hand wash
An alternative to the washing machine is a gentle hand wash in lukewarm water at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees with liquid wool detergent. The cashmere items should not be over-washed or left in the water for too long. Gentle immersion and light squeezing are sufficient to loosen dirt particles. The cashmere items should then be carefully rinsed with clear water.
Drying
Cashmere should never be put in the dryer or hung up to dry, otherwise it will lose its shape. PAPA LOBSTER therefore recommends laying the damp cashmere product flat on a towel or other absorbent surface to dry and gently pulling it into shape.
Ironing
When ironing, the steam iron should be run over the cashmere at a low temperature and without strong pressure. Gentle steam ironing after washing helps the cashmere pieces to regain their shape and, above all, allows the cashmere fibers to develop their typical fluffiness.
Pilling
It is natural for pilling, i.e. small pills, to form after a while due to wear and tear. These can simply be plucked off after washing or removed with a cashmere razor.

If some items are not available at short notice or the promised delivery time is delayed, you will be informed by e-mail.
Shipment split
If the waiting time is too long, we will automatically split the shipment, i.e. you will receive the available items and the delayed items will follow in a separate package. If we have your e-mail address,
we will inform you with a delivery confirmation that your order has been sent in several parcels.
